Hair: Use the Care Taker Shampoo by placing a small amount in hands and rub together witha little water to activate shampoo. Massage into hair working from root to tip. Rinse completely from scalp to ends. If you are making the transition from conventional to natural shampoo, it may take up to 8 washes to see the full results. Complete wash with Care Taker Conditioner; Put a small amount of conditioner into palms and rub together to spread evenly. For best results rinse with lukewarm or cool water to further reduce dryness and irritation to the scalp; use the Microfibre Hair Towel to remove excess moisture.
Body: Apply the Soother Body Polish to warm, damp cleansed skin. Spread product between palms and rub hands together before spreading on skin. Work from neck to toes, gently massaging in sweeping circles. For extra penetration of magnesium oil, leave the polish on skin for 2-3 minutes to allow oils to sink into skin. Rinse thoroughly. Pat dry. Follow with either the Soother Gel Moisturiser or the Saviour Body Butter for long lasting hydration. The Gel will provide a soothing and calming effect on the skin, whilst the Body Butter gives instant moisturization that lasts up to 48 hours. Try both and build the right combination for you!
