Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to amend the order. This includes:
- Changing addresses
- Amending the product selection in the order
US Federal and Public Holidays
We are closed on the following holidays:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- New Years Eve
Any orders placed on a US Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or even your place of employment (whatever is easier for you) but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
If you want delivery to reach you at work, please be sure someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier can normally only deliver to the address and not directly to the person.
